BKT-20 System - Energy chain for rotating applications.
The BKT-20 system offers a wide range of different solutions for rotating applications. We are able to offer a number of standard solutions and also work with customers to develop specialist solutions for many different applications and environments.
The system is supplied as a complete unit comprising an housing, internal and external guides and an energy chain that is modified to achieve the desired rotating motion.
Plug and play options are also available with the system pre-fitted with the necessary cables and plugs to make installation straightforward. Alternatively, the system can be supplied with cable entry frames at entry and exit points to ensure secure capture of the cables.
Standard fixings points are supplied with each system though these can be modified in the consultation process to fit with the customers requirements.
Fully enclosed variants are also available maintaining ingress protection to IP54
Systems are available with rotating guides in steel, aluminum and in plastic. Sizes range from outer rings of 300mm up to 2600mm.
