Zig Zag Drag Chains, also known as Flip Flop Drag Chains, are designed to manage cables in vertical applications. They are widely used in the stage industry, as well as in other environments where vertically moving cables require protection and control.
The system consists of a modified cable energy chain combined with a specially designed guide box, providing both support and protection for the cable chain throughout its movement.
The system is flexible enough to be suitable for multiple travel distances and types and sizes of cables and hoses.
There are a number of different material options including plastic, a plastic aluminium hybrid or a complete steel or stainless-steel chain is also an option.
